Join Us At LGS/Bacoban – Secure Your Financial Future Helping Others Protect From Covid-19

Would You Like To Join Us At LGS/Bacoban, making $52 per hour helping people and businesses.

As the demand for professional disinfection rises we are looking for individuals to join our international testing and product application team on a self-employed basis.  As we all know Covid-19 is seriously affecting businesses throughout the world and due to increased cleaning and protection protocols, the need for long-term disinfection professionals are now needed to help advise and support these businesses.  Unfortunately Coronavirus is not going away and is expected to be with us for many years.

What We Need

Over the last six months we have seen demand increase by over 5000% due to the pandemic, we receive daily requests from businesses asking for a professional to visit and advise on their cleaning and disinfection plan and implementation of a Covid safe system.  Due to this high demand we need more self-employed team members.

What You Will Be Doing

The first step is a visit to the business, this takes the form of an inspection of the building or site.  During this visit vital information is gathered to understand fully what the business needs.  You will be using a professional ATP testing device that detects the cleanliness of surfaces around the business premises.  ATP highlights how the current cleaning system is working and provides a “snap shot” for the business owner and/or manager.  Once you have undertaken the ATP tests you will demonstrate how LGS/Bacoban is effective against dirt and unseen bacteria and pathogens.

Often at this stage the client will opt to either purchase LGS/Bacoban product or arrange for weekly disinfection which is carried out using a professional nebuliser.  Please note, you will not be undertaking any cleaning as this is the role for the current cleaning team or contractor.

How Do You Nebulise

Part of your role will be providing a weekly service to the business using our portable nebulising units.  These units quickly disinfect an area using a dry-mist that is emitted from the machine.  You won’t need to be in the building while this is happening as the machine is fully automated, all you need to do is measure the area to be disinfected, dial this measurement into the machine and it will do the rest.  Most business take less that 30* minutes to nebulise, and allowing for settling time you will in and out within 1 hour  *subject to building size

What You Will Need

You need to drive, the equipment you be carrying can be fitted in the boot of a small compact car, you don’t need a large van as in many cases it can be difficult to park.  The equipment is light so you don’t need to be a world class weight lifter, a tablet or small laptop is useful as it allows you to record information and show videos to prospective clients.  We provide corporate clothing and PPE (where required) so you won’t need to worry about what you have to wear.

How Many Hours Do you need To Work

Currently our team members are averaging 25-42 per week, this is normally split between site testing and nebulising.  As nebulising takes place when the business is empty be prepared to work before 8am and after 5pm, some businesses may ask you to undertake this work on a Sunday when they are closed or have short trading hours.  Testing takes place during business hours (9am – 5PM).

How Much Will I Earn

When nebulising you will be earning £40  / $52 per hour, remember that this work typically happens early in the morning or after 5pm.  On average you will nebulising for 16-22 hours per week, and remember you will visit the premises four times per month.  While testing you are paid £120 / $155 per visit, you also earn an un-capped commission when you supply a product/s to the business.  The product and the ATP tester does the selling for you, so no previous sales experience is required.  A friendly personality goes a long way,  you need to understand the products and services we offer and be able to explain this clearly to your clients and be prepared to answer multiple questions.

Training

Every team member needs to undertake a one day course in your own country or via a online strategic programme, during the training you will be taught about the LGS/Bacoban product range, understand ATP testing, evaluation and how to correctly take readings/measurements and use the disinfection equipment.
