EV Battery Cooling Protection

The rapid uptake and drive for Electric Vehicles (EV) has come with it some challenges and demands that were not necessary with traditional  Internal Combustion Engines (ICE).

One of the major factors in EV battery life is the charging and discharging of the battery.  This in itself is an issue where LGS have been working tirelessly with Industry leading experts to be able to offer Nano Coatings that can be applied to the specialised filtration systems for these vehicles.

Of particular use is our coating for the combined filters that liquid cooled battery systems need to prevent contamination particles from preventing the blockage of these filters leading to them an improved lifespan and helping to avoid loss of power and overheating of the battery cells.  For more information please contact our technical team.
