Shipping Rates:

All products attract a flat rate Worldwide shipping cost of 4.95 GBP - unless they are individually priced over 50 GBP in which case Worldwide shipping is free. If a customer purchases more than one product priced under 50 GBP individually, but with a combined shopping cart total of 50 GBP or more, they are entitled to select Free Shipping at the Checkout stage.

Delivery Service:

We use Royal Mail's Worldwide Tracked delivery service. We will despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order (Mon-Thurs, orders placed after 3 pm GMT on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday). Once collected from our warehouse, Royal Mail aim to deliver goods to all Worldwide territories within 5 working days, however, this may be vary subject to international regulations, restrictions, and logistical criteria and therefore we can not 100% guarantee the goods will arrive within the suggested timeframe. We will not be held responsible for goods that are not received due to circumstances beyond our control.
